Addition

This addition to a 1930’s-era house includes a sunroom, master suite, and kitchen renovation. Design and materials match the existing house exactly.

The new sunroom retains the original exterior windows into the library. New windows and trim were designed to match the historic context.

In the renovated kitchen, all new appliances, cabinetry, and flooring were installed. A large copper exhaust hood was salvaged from the old kitchen and re-used.
